GIA seeks 8-10 thought partners to serve on this year's Content Review Committee. The Committee serves in an advisory capacity to help develop the programming for GIA's 2025 Annual Conference. Participants must represent a current GIA member organization. No prior conference planning experience is required. GIA is looking for first-time committee members and those who have not served in the last five years. Committee members will be asked to recuse themselves when discussing their workshop proposals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and provide feedback on up to 10 Annual Conference workshop proposals.
- Participate in a three-hour virtual proposal selection meeting on April 15 from 1-4 pm Eastern/10 – 1 pm Pacific.
- Widely promote and attend the Annual Conference, October 21 – 24 in Long Beach, CA.
- Provide feedback at the Annual Conference debriefing meeting.
