Kim Vaccari

Kim Vaccari has over 25 years of experience in the financial and nonprofit industries.   She served as CFO for the New York City Economic Development Corporation, one of the largest not-for-profit corporations in New York.  At EDC, she managed over 300 employees and oversaw all finance functions, including internal audits, risk management, and compliance, as well as daily business activities including human resources, grants, contracts, and MIS.  Her background also includes serving as CFO for the New Jersey Transit Corporation and as Director of Finance for the NY MTA.  She started her career as a municipal finance investment banker in the transportation and nonprofit industries and handled PPP transactions.   She is a results-driven financial leader with extensive experience and knowledge in financial management, organizational efficiency, internal controls, and governance.
