As older adults are living longer and healthier lives, the possibility of a second or even third act is not only possible but probable. AmeriCorps Seniors is supporting the aging community by funding a pilot program to use national service as a pathway to employment. This work is in response to the growing number of older adults seeking to stay or return to the workforce, using their skills and experience to fill much-needed positions in their communities and our country. 

Join AmeriCorps Seniors in a discussion about workforce development funding focused on supporting older adults to find employment in professional and para-professional positions. They will share their experience and what they have learned so far and lead a discussion around the programs you are supporting in workforce development.
